Contribution to the Examination and Rectification of the Main Condition of the Automatic Levels in Laboratory

Sažetak
This paper presents the examination and rectification of the main condition of the automatic levels, by means of various methods, in the laboratory of the Faculty of Geodesy in Zagreb. The examinations have been carried out with an aim to determine the accuracy of a single method. Thereby, due to the use of specific auxiliary accessories, some familiar methods have been modified, which led to their higher accuracy and speed. On the basis of the data obtained by the examination of the main condition of four levels, the standard deviation of the pointing i.e. the error determine the accuracy of a single method to the highest extend, has been calculated, relying on the distance and the shape of target and on the number of measurements.
