A Critical View upon the Real Estate Records in the Republic of Croatia

Sažetak
The article presents the opinions of the commissions appointed by the government bodies of the former SR Croatia in the years 1960, 1978 and 1984 on real estate records. At the end of the article there is the author's personal judgment on the reasons for delays in updating and poor technological organization of recording into the land survey books. Some suggestions for improvement are also given.
