Demarcation of Boundaries in Administrative and Judicial Decisions

Abstract
The method of demarcation of boundaries in administrative and judicial decisions are presented. A surveyor performs this work in cadastre daily, therefore he should be familiar with many laws and instructions concerning this work. The paper recommends a practical procedure in all phases of boundary demarcation. Finally, a definition of a boundary is given.
