Sažetak
The research area of this paper is data mining on social networks, analysis of attitudes and opinions of users on a topic, using artificial intelligence techniques, i.e. natural language processing. The presentation of the technique of collecting views and opinions of users on a certain topic was done on the social network Twitter. Natural language processing techniques were used to process and analyze the collected textual information, and the final results of user attitudes (positive, negative or neutral) were presented graphically.As a final result of the work, tools and a model for collecting, analyzing the attitudes and opinions of users of social networks on any topic, social event, product, etc. are proposed.
