Sažetak
This is the second year o the Croatian Journal for Public Health. It is following the concept of Health for all and health for everyone. Methods we use come form 'Small is beautiful' we believe that science is global, and its language is primarily English, but health is for and by the people. It should use national language. Central responsibility of the state in the 21st century is health of its citizens. In 19th century we started with international health and visions of health, in the 20th Word Health Organization, with 48 states, with Andrija Štampar from Croatia as its founder and visionary.
