Sažetak

Operators of games of chance are using social networks to promote their products or services in order to engage more of their audience. Facebook is one of the most popular social networks for operators to use because it has older and wealthyer audience. Since the law defines that only adults can gamble this makes facebook audience ideal for organasers of games of chance. For the purposes of this scientific paper, it was investigated how organizers of games of chance use Facebook, what kind of messages are most often being published, and which words are most often used in the messages.
The aim of the paper is to analyze Facebook posts of the organizers of games of chance. Carefully selected methodology was used to determine which type of posts brands use the most often in communication with their public. Dataset for analisys consists of publicly available announcements (Posts) of the organizers of games of chance that were collected using Facepager and than content analysis that was written in R programming language was applied. Dataset was collected for the dates from 03/01/2023 to 03/31/2023.
