Abstract
The content of the paper is the EIGRP dynamic routing protocol in Electronic Highway network. EIGRP has four functional parts: protocol related modules, Reliable Transport Protocol, determination of neighbours and algorithm of diffused refreshment, which are separately described. Algorithm of diffused refreshment has been particularly emphasised because it is the backbone of EIGRP functioning. Also, different formats of EIGRP packages are presented.
