Abstract

The fourth part of the article discusses the well-known work of Yakov and data from Japanese experts on partial discharge and breakdown volt-time curves of models of insulation of power transformers and probability distributions. Coefficients of variation of breakdown voltage models are extracted from the work of Ikeda et at. for data collection in order to optimize insulation design and possible future statistical coordination of the internal insulation of transformers. The article is intended for young transformer engineers and for teaching transformers to undergraduate and postgraduate students in universities.
