Traumas of Encounter: Does "Ageism" Hinder Ludism? Or thus Spoke Senker's Zvjezdana (Astra)

Abstract
In this paper, I will examine the relationship between the personal and the social in times of shifting dominant paradigms, analysing Boris Senker’s drama Astra. Reading this drama, we encounter several transitional periods (the end of World War II, the 1970s, and the late 1980s) in which personal and family destinies are subjected to the harsh impacts of socio-political changes. The drama was published in 2021, a year that also introduced numerous changes in perceptions, experiences, and narratives associated with the image of both the contemporary world and the past (history). All of this will also be observed through the lens of attitudes towards ludism.
