NATURAL VALUES OF VINODOL

Abstract

The author describes the natural rarities of the Vinodol region which are unique due to the geological composition of the ground and the continuous geological processes which occur here almost seemingly, as well as due to the climate conditions in which the subMediterranean climate mixes with the influences of the bio geographical surroundings. Vinodol is a unusual natural entirety in which the cultivated area intertwines with geological and other phenomena. All of this makes it unique and together with the historical and cultural monuments interesting and attractive. In the text we will try to contribute to better familiarization of these values.
