Sažetak

Local community is not expected to make any financial investment in building commercial structures. First of all, cooperation and efficiency in making agreements and marking the priorities of global development of the whole region is expected. Local community looks for a partner in the field of economy for their development programmes. The programmes need to be established and suggested by expert teams and have to be based on economic factors not only wishes. This partner will enter into investments imposed by the local community with its own capital and by certain convenient conditions. This general plan has already been created by experts and needs to be put into realisation by certain deadlines and priorities. This is the duty for all of the three local communities which need to bear in mind the positive development of Vinodol which at the beginning of this
text was divided into four business zones. Development of any region has its own cycle and priorities plan, and so has Vinodol – as soon as we have agreed about our wishes and needs, the sooner we will reach our goal.
