Sažetak

Ratimir Gregurić was born in 1816. in Ravna Gora, but spent only a brief time there and mostly lived in Crikvenica. He spent most of his life studying history of Crikvenica, especially after 1941. His notes are now in the historical archive, including those related to history of schools, while Popular library of Crikevnica has the copy of his material about town history. Sources of his research were mainly the school archive, archive of the parish church in Kotor, archive of the castel of Frankopans in Crikvenica and stories of the local people. Thanks to his historical analysis Ratimir Gregurić is one of the most important historians of this region.
