Sažetak

After the capitulation of Italy, on September 9th 1943., Vinodol was free for five months (Crikvenica only a month). Pratisans were governing and the construction of houses began. In February 1944. Vinodol was attacked by the 329. german division. New invaders continued with robberies and violence, and later, in December 1944. Cetnics passed through Vinodol. Besides destruction, hunger was the main problem of the region. Inland becomes the site of civil camps. Food production becomes their main aim, but there are also school lessons and beginning of publishing activities. Partisan army and institutions of the WW II grew stronger, the alliance sent help and their landing on the Adriatic coast was expected. Everything is concentrated on the final liberation.
