Sažetak

The aim of this paper is to examine which dimensions of educational service students at private higher education institutions are most satisfied with, to explore the interrelationships between these dimensions, and to investigate the link between satisfaction and academic achievement. The research was conducted on a sample of 654 students enrolled at private higher education institutions offering programs in the field of business sciences. Data were collected using a standardized questionnaire and analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistics (Spearman’s correlation coefficient and Kruskal-Wallis test). The results show that students are most satisfied with academic staff, especially in terms of their availability, communication skills, and expertise. A positive correlation was observed between satisfaction with academic staff and perceived acquired competences. On the other hand, academic success did not prove to be significantly associated with satisfaction with the educational service. The findings highlight the importance of interpersonal relationship quality and the organization of the academic process in shaping the student experience.
