Sažetak
In the first part, the author reflects on the meaning and relevance of synodal conversion in the Church. After defining the theme, he conducts a brief theological-pastoral analysis of socio-cultural changes, discussing what the fundamental content of the Church’s proclamation should be today. Following Pope Francis, synodality is characterized as the path God expects the Church to take in the third millennium. Synodality achieves its full meaning in the living of faith and the transformation of the Church. The transformation of the Church also includes a new, modern way of speaking about God that is attuned to people today. In this sense, the author, drawing on the findings of the theological-pastoral analysis from the first part, concludes by discussing how to proclaim the good news appropriately to people today. He offers specific guidelines on how, in the spirit of synodality, to speak about God, how to reach one’s interlocutor amidst an increasing multiplicity of voices, inspire them, and make them a collaborator in the building of God’s Kingdom.
