Sažetak

Theology of praver dimension of interreligious dialogue
represents a vast construction-site. Likewise, the Catholic theologv of
religions, through many of its elements, has been still searching for
some revelation and real experience of specific relationships with
other religions by adequate svnthesis. Thus, the question arises
whether there are real possibilities of prayer dialogue in
interreligious context. Namely, if one has in mind that prayer itself is a totalising act of religious existence, in which some noncommunicable experiencing singularity of each participant of the prayer dialogue is manifested, the question now is how to explain reasonably the specificly intended synergy of mutually in many ways conceptionally and emotionally divergent global experiences of reality, trying, at it, not to endanger the basic postulates of interreligious dialogue.
This and some other questions of theology of prayer dialogue, which this text is trying to answer, are explained in the basic elements of the place and role of spiritual exchange among religions, and, consequently, of the prayer represented in the Catholic Church
teaching. The third part presents and evaluates some fundamental
experiences of spiritual-prayer dialogue in the context of dialogue
relationships of the Catholics with Hinduism, Buddhism and Islam, at
which the possibilities of dialogue are presented but also some specific difficulties of each of the three mentioned analyses, the author outlines a few final insights in the last part. There he points out the importance of the past interreligious prayer experiences and necessity of spiritualprayer contacts for the entire future interreligious dialogueinvolvement of Church. He also stresses the theological foundation of such a dialogue in the unity of human community, rooted to creation and salvation, on universal but more or less graded and fragmentary diffusion of the values of God's Kingdom established in Jesus Christ in the areas of non-Christian religions, and also on the effect of Holy Ghost in the world and in the religions whose discreetness, and with it related "eschatological reserve", make that the spiritual-prayer dimension of interreligious dialogue becomes increasingly spread form of associating among the members of religions on their mutual pilgrimage toward the eschatological fullness of truth.
