Abstract
The intercultural communicative components of volunteering
were analysed in this article and an accompanying
model of the psychological structure of international
volunteering as a means of self-realisation of students
in international volunteer programmes is introduced.
An authors’ definition of self-realisation of students
in an international volunteer programme is proposed.
The peculiarities of intercultural communicative competence
were analysed and the fundamental role of this
competence as a factor of student self-realisation in an
international socio-cultural environment was explored.
