Abstract
This book published by the Latvian Institute of International Affairs (LIIA) is an excellent compilation of articles on the impacts of the Ukraine’s Orange Revolution on the Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova and Russia. It also analyses eastern dimension of the European Union’s (EU) European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP) after the successful EU and NATO enlargements. Furthermore, the contributions in this publication offer concrete suggestions for actions that could strengthen Latvia’s foreign policy in the territory of the former USSR.
