A new breeding of the White Stork Ciconia ciconia in the area of the city of Oroslavje, NW Croatia

Abstract
In the Mokrice area (part of the city of Oroslavje, NW Croatia) the White Stork started
nesting again after sixty years. The last nesting was recorded in 1964. The pair has built
the nest in 2023, but first sucessfull breeding occured in 2024. From 2024, the White Stork
also nests in the area of Andraševac (city of Oroslavje).
