IVAN SLAMNIG AND MARA'S CROWN

Abstract

The author deals with the relationship between creativity and
tradition in Slamnig's radio-play from 1976. He analyses the
interweaving of mythic, folklore, literary, historical and political
elements in the play and explains the cause of its lack of success at
the Prix Futura Festival in Berlin.
