Abstract
To enhance the application efficiency of the safety monitoring system in the mining areas of the southwest plateau, this study, based on the dynamic model of evolutionary game, analyzes the strategic interaction and evolution laws between the users of the monitoring system and the monitored objects. The model focuses on the dynamic changes in the strategy choices of both sides, explores the influence of key parameters on the strategy evolution path and equilibrium state, and then proposes the improvement directions of the monitoring system from two aspects: the inspection mode and the incentive and constraint mechanism. The model parameters were calibrated and optimized in combination with empirical research, and the strategy transformation coefficient was calculated through actual data to verify the effectiveness of the game model. On this basis, the model is applied to the setting of safety goals, the alleviation of information asymmetry, the evaluation of monitoring work, and the formulation of safety monitoring details, etc., to promote its implementation in actual management. In view of the geographical regional characteristics and ecological restoration goals of the mine, the Analytic hierarchy Process (AHP) was adopted to construct an evaluation index system for the ecological restoration benefits of the mine. Based on the obtained first-level, second-level and third-level indicators, an evaluation model is established with the aid of the DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) method, and the validity of the decision-making unit is judged by solving the C2R (Click-to-Run) linear programming problem. If it is determined to be invalid, the projection theorem is applied to reduce the input while maintaining the output unchanged, or to increase the output while keeping the input unchanged, in order to achieve a scientific assessment of the ecological restoration benefits. The experimental results show that the ROC (Receiver Operating Characteristic) curve of this model is smooth, its sensitivity is outstanding, and the evaluation process has good stability.
