Founded 1965 as Alcoholism, Journal on Alcoholism and Related Addictions by Vladimir Hudolin, Zagreb, (1965 – 1987), continuetd by Branko Lang (1987 – 1994), Vladko Thaller (1994 – 2009), Danijel Buljan (2009 – 2015). From year 2015 editor in chief is Dalibor Karlović. From 2015, vol. 51 Alcoholism, Journal on Alcoholism and Related Addictions changing Journal name in Alcoholism and Psychiatry Research, Journal on Psychiatric Research and Addictions. From 2019, vol. 55 Alcoholism and Psychiatry Research, Journal on Psychiatric Research and Addictions changed Journal name to Archives of Psychiatry Research, An International Journal of Psychiatry and Related Sciences. Aim and scope: Alcoholism and Psychiatry Research is an international peer reviwed journal, open to scientists and clinicians dealing with all basic and clinical studies of all disciplines relating to psychiatric illness or addiction, as well as normal human behaviour, including biological, environmental, psychological, social and epidemiological factors. Publishing of Alcoholism and Psychiatry Research is supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the Republic of Croatia. ISSN1849-8582 two time per year; printed in 600 copies
