Abstract

The influence of a multienzyme preparation on the efficiency of nourishing of carp fingerlings with idividual mass 46.3 - 52.6 investigated.
Polizym is a stabilized mixture of amilasys, proteasys beta-glukanasys, beta-glukozidazys and cellulase.
Theree tratments were performd, each repeated 3 times. Each of the 12 cages with the contents of 1m3 was planted with 100 carp fingerlings. All cages were put into a winter-pond of 600m2 .
The carp figerlings in the control group were nourished with pelleted feed containing 36% proteins withouth Polizyme. The other three experimental groups were given the same amount of proteins with the adittion of Polizyme at 0.5 g, 1.0 g and 1.5 g/kg of feed.
It was statistically determined that the addition of Polizyme of 1.5 g/kg of feed significantly influenced the daily and the total weight gain as well as the nutritional parameters in the trial groups as compared to the control group whish has been given the feed withouth Polizyme.
At the and of the experiment, the flesh of the carp fingerlings was chemically analyzed.
In the trial group, in which the carp received 0.15% Polizyme with their feed, a higher quantity of protein and a lower quantity of water was determined.
