Abstract

In this article the authors problematize the relationship between
man and superman in Nietzsche’s philosophical thought. The results
achieved are conditioned by the thematization of man under the
aspect of the model of metaphysicity and superman under the aspect
of the model of onticity. Special importance is given to the normative,
cognitive and existential dimension of man and superman. The authors
point at the limiting factor of the doctrine of eternal recurrence, will to
power and perspectivism, which creates a psychological atmosphere of
accepting the model of so called weak epistemology from which, then,
follows the illegitimate reducing of the man capable of realizing the
truth to the religious man drifted away from the truth. Applying the
traditional Aristotle- St. Thomas’s metaphysical doctrine, one reaches
the conclusion that the superman, as an extreme radicalization
of self-foundation, cannot stand the anthropological-metaphysical
stability of man. Namely, consistently applying the principles of
Nietzsche’s philosophy, the authors view the existence in the way of
a man as being true, while the existence in the way of a superman as
being perspectivistic.
