Special Collection of Evidence: Simulated Sales and Purchase of Certain Objects, Simulated Bribe-Giving and Simulated Bribe-Taking

Abstract
This paper represents review to the news introduced by entering into force of Criminal Procedure Code, regarding evidence collecting actions, especially „simulated sales and purchase of certain objects, simulated bribe-giving and simulated bribe-taking“, where „sales“ is introduced as news. Parallely, this paper gives overview of the same or similar legal solutions, especially in the countries in this region (where such solutions exists), and overview of methodology and practice in USA, taking into consideration their long experience in performing this operations. It is intention of this paper to serve as point for future considerations, especially for considerations of use of new conduct methodology based on this legal measure and as impulse for passing certain instructions and regulations that will set technical details for preparing and conducting of this very special evidence collecting action.
