Abstract
In this, the final article on test development and testing practices in the Republic of Croatia, the period from15th January 1992 is discussed, i.e., following international recognition of the county. Changes in the socio-economic system which moved from socialist to capitalist orientation, also caused changes in laws governing publishing. Apart from the Croatian Employment Service which was active for a full 75 years, publishing psychodiagnostic instruments during that period, new publishing companies emerged. These publishers increased the range of available psychological instruments. The use of psychodiagnostic instruments is regulated by rules established by the Croatian Psychological Chamber, founded following the 2003 Acts concerning psychological practice.
