Abstract

The research that included 110 participants had tried to establish if there were any differences in emotional self-awareness and if so to what degree regarding gender, education and employment in the state or private sector. Also, it had dealt with the connection between emotional self-awareness and age, professional qualification, service years, which all influence the development and growth of an individual in business and other aspects of human life. The results indicate a very high level of emotional self-awareness of respondents regardless of their profile. Since there is no significant connection to age, professional qualification and service years, let alone their influence on the development of emotional self-awareness, the specific relation of the observed variables has been noticed.
