Abstract

Scoliosis is a diffi cult and complex condition; therefore approaches to treatment methods imply many doubts and a lot of unknown and unresolved matters. It is still ‘’crux orthopedica“. From the kinesiological point of view the real object of interest is the so-called small (minor) scoliosis. In clinical practice it is treated as an irregular scoliotic posture. The aim of a kinesiologic treatment is to decrease the minimum spine curvature and to prevent the development of a bigger curvature. In order to achieve this, it is necessary that the subjects are instructed how to exercise by an educated expert, as well as to do those exercises actively and correctly on a regular basis with methodic regularity.
