Abstract

The aim of this article is to analyse the composition and jurisdiction of bodies with powers to decide in court matters against administrative bodies. According to the research conducted, two main conclusions can be made with respect to the competent bodies in question. The bodies are highly specialized in the field of administration (the issue of specialisation) and they consist of professionals with specific knowledge and competences (the issue of professionalization). The types of specialization are equally diverse as well as types of composition. A variety of types of specialization reflects on the division of competence in administrative disputes.
