Abstract

Difference between declarative approach to corporate social responsibility and dealing with actual ethical background of all business processes are – employees. Modern organizations’ ethics is a phenomenon that should simultaneously be supported by corporate strategic level through ethics management, by
ethical conduct of company management, and by building metagestalt from individual employees’ Gestalt.
