GERMAN SUBMARINE U-552 IN THE WOLFPACK ENDRASS

Abstract

The article describes operation of German submarine U-552 in the wolfpack Endrass in June 1942. By the comparison of the submarine’s war diary, Commander-in-Chief of German U-boats Admiral Dönitz’s war diary and mutual British and American messages the article explains actions of German submarines in the wolfpacks in the Second World War.
