Abstract

Necessity for some sort of surveillance i.e. control of the suspicious persons (targeted surveillance, criminal surveillance or operative surveillance) should not be in question in the regular police job. The execution of surveillance is up to the legal provisions and modality of execution which has to be ad-justed to the moment when surveillance is taking place. According to the a/m, it is unusual that police is not performing some sort of surveillance because of subjective reasons.
