Abstract

The reconstruction and development of 3D models of eccentric presses, which has been used for a longer period of time in the manufacture of springs, is shown partly based on existing documents and snapshots using reverse engineering. The analysis of static load (FEA) of eccentric shaft presses was conducted by the finite element method. Based on the created 3D model and 2D technical documentation the production of spare parts has been enabled to maintain the existing eccentric presses and complete production of the reconstructed complex.
