Abstract

Based on data from the Archives, the paper presents a reconstruction
of the life and work of Rado Eugen (1868 - 1920), an almost unknown
dentist of Hungarian origin with a private practice in Zagreb.Some segments of his public health activities and his contribution to Zagreb architecture on the threshold o f the 20th century are shown.
