The Meaning of Taurodontism.in Oral Surgery - Case Report

Abstract

Taurodontism represents morphological abnormality of the teeth ollowed by the enlargement of the elongation of the pulp chamber n vertical direction; and which is connected with: racial traits, some yndromes, or in most cases appears as the consequence of the ncreased number of X chromosomes. In the study is presented rare case of hypertaurodont maxillary econd premolar and surgical admission during the extraction. Since he classical extraction was not possible because of the rooth mass
nd the alveol wideness, we did the alveotomia.
