Abstract

The author presents the history of Bosnia-Herzegovina as an introduction to war in that country that began in 1992. He concentrates in Croat-Moslem relations in Bosnia-Herzegovina during 1992-1993 and examines the Vance Owen peace plan and its consequences on Moslem-Croat relations. The article is given both in the English original and Croatian translation.
