Abstract

In the management of education as a professional field, there are many questions concerning the quality of functioning and its effectiveness regarding educational organizations. The role of educational leadership in educational organization opens many questions relating to legislative regulation of activities, issues of institutional status, educational partnerships and learning processes. Research presented in the paper deals with the processes within the two action groups separately, which may be associated with better communication and social outcomes. Quantitative survey included 108 participants, taking into account that respondents are employees of schools in which action research has been previously conducted. Examined relationships between phenomena have attribute characteristics. Chi - square (Χ2) test examined the frequency of the perceived discrepancies: the school where research has been conducted, chronological age of respondents, their qualifications, their area of activity (class, subject teaching, or high school), work experience and communication training based on NLP techniques.
Respondents were an important factor in explaining trust in leaders (director), and not, as was expected in problems, expertise and competencies of employees of the organization and their work. In other words, less confidence in the leader of the school means less confidence in the entire school system and its functioning.
