Abstract
On the representative empirical sample of Croatian citizens, authors analyze interests and attitudes relevant for life-long learning, with the special attention to the use of IT equipment and IT education, as well as to their perceived outcomes. Changes in interests and attitudes of Croatian citizens are highlighted, as related to the differences in 2009 and 2010 surveys, as well as to differences among Croatian regions and the respondents' age groups. Based on empirical results, conclusions are defined, which might be relevant for formulation of public policies in the field of lifelong learning.
