20 years of UHT sterilization and aseptic packaging in Yugoslavia (1966-1986) and equipment and manufacture

Abstract

Since 1966, when the first three dairy plants were put in operation the UHT sterilization and aseptic packaging, the number of plants rose to 14 till 1983 (Table 1). At present time to the total capacity of UHT sterilization in operation is 131.500 L/h.
