Abstract
The paper presents modelling and simulating of the printing processes, which are computer assisted by the oriented software language. They have been adjusted to the group of defined constant variables. The paper also presents the model of the Petri Network, which is a kind of a tool whose application in the exchange of information has been adjusted to the dynamic systems and it supports modelling and simulations. The examples have been obtained realistically from the graphic production, forming the printing and finalisation phases into the unique routine unities. The results of the research are the working processes which are applied in the real production systems and as such solve the problems of cost-ineffectiveness and production standstill. Each individual phase has been analysed separately as the executive production nodes under the standardized conditions of the graphic production. The modelling of the workflows of the graphic reproduction creates new relations within the technological preparation of the work and the printing department. The working processes are combined on the installed resource capacities.
