Heterotransplant bone (kiel bone) for oroantral communication closure

Abstract

The autor describes the use of a mucosal flap and bone transplant (Kiel bone) for oroantral communication closure. The bone heterotransplant is considered appropriate for large or previously with mucosal flap unsuccesftily treated communications.
