Abstract

We describe the anesthetic management of a patient with surgically repaired Tetralogy Fallot (TOF) during two labors and deliveries. TOF is the
most common congenital heart disease, but pregnancy in patients with
surgically repaired illness usually has favorable outcome. Every subsequent
pregnancy has a risk of persistent cardiac changes and the use of epidural
analgesia should be carefully conducted.
