Abstract

The author has carried out the extraction of an upper impacted third molar, that was in an inverted position and the root of which was grown together with the roots of the second molar. On account of such a relation both teeth had to be extracted. Accordingly it was the case of a patient with an unusual irregularity in the teeth-development, that is of an upper third molar with an anomaly in the volume, shape and position.
