Abstract

John Rawls has revised his theory of justice in his recent works and turned it into a theory of political liberailsm. This article analyses three basic aspects of that theory as the theory of (political) fairness and is an attempt to document the consequences of the application of Rawls' concept of political liberalism as a transcedental framework for a rational political debate within Croatian political context.
