Performance and Terrorism or Performing Terrorism

Abstract

After a brief introductory review of the Proteus-like definition of terrorism, the article examines the examples of the issue of terrorism in the contemporary performing practice, with an emphasis on performance art. It confirms that terrorism exerted a powerful influence on the imagination of the 21st century.
