Change in price structure of construction work

Abstract

The methodological approach for the determination of the price change coefficient for construction work, legally permitted for work performed within the contract time, is described in the paper. The structure of construction works is presented based on the model of standard calculation of construction works. The equation for the calculation of this coefficient is presented and analyzed in the scope of the method for price change coefficient determination. The implementation of the method is illustrated by an appropriate case study.
