Energy value of pasteurized milk and cheese

Abstract
Energy values of 642 samples of pasteurized milk produced from 1974 to 1978 for market of Zagreb averaged 56.88, 57.42, 57.68, 58.64, and 59.13 kcal/100 g respectively. Relative protein energy values were 14.03, 14.14, 14.04, 14.29, and 14.59 kcal/100 g.
