Abstract

This paper discusses the meaning and content of the principle of protection of legitimate expectations in administrative law. It analyzes the methods of determining whether legitimate expectation should be protected in administrative adjudication. In addition, it discusses in detail legitimate expectations based on the laws and regulations; legitimate expectations based on the administrative practice; legitimate expectations based on final administrative decisions; legitimate expectations based on administrative contracts and legitimate expectations based on notifications and other administration measures.
