Abstract
The purpose of this paper is analysis and systematisation of building terms of hospitality and tourism industry construction according to the Republic of Croatia’s Regulations. The building terms of spatial planning and construction intended for the hospitality and tourism industry have ambiguous characteristics, without corresponding terms and definitions. The types of hospitality or tourism buildings for the hospitality industry have considerably more terms and definitions, as well as uncoordinated type characteristics, accommodation units and modules. The results are analysed and systematised terms for buildings of hospitality and tourism industry construction at the level of a construction plot.
