Abstract

In this thesis we work on modelling a complex mold, with the help of SolidWorks software. For constructing this mold, moduls of Surface and Mold were used for making the spoon (Surface) and then, based on the spoon, mark and countermark (Mold) where made. After modelling a mold in 3D, 3D milling simulation was made in the SolidCAM module, where a G-code of milling for the Haas VF-6 was generated and a mold was made.
